Getting started is easy! To place a bid, simply create a free buyer account. As an international buyer you need to register with a company account, which will be verified by our customer service team.

At Klaravik, you can scroll through thousands of new auctions every week – from construction and agricultural machinery to trucks and industrial tools. Search through all auctions or choose a specific category to quickly find exactly what you’re looking for.

Found something you like? You can place bids anytime, day or night – on klaravik.se or in our app. Don’t want to stay glued to the screen? Set up an autobid and let the system handle your bidding up to the maximum amount you choose. In the app, you can also turn on push notifications to get alerts when you’ve been outbid, when an auction is about to close, and more.

Congratulations on your win! You’ll soon be able to collect your object – but first, we need your payment. An invoice will be sent to you on the same day the auction ends, and you’ll have seven days to complete the payment.

Once the payment has reached Klaravik, usually within five days, the transaction is complete, and you will receive the seller’s contact details. Get in touch with the seller and schedule a time that works for both of you – before you go to collect the object.

A buyer’s fee is added to every winning bid. The exact amount is shown on each auction listing when you are logged in to Klaravik.
To receive a VAT refund, send valid export documents to info@klaravik.se by the 10th day of the month following collection. Late submissions may not qualify for a refund.
For EU Sales, submit:
– A signed CMR or consignment note (for registered vehicles: include the transport company, VIN or Swedish registration number, export date, and signatures from both carrier and recipient)
– An invoice from the transport company (invoice needs to list object ID or destination of departure)
– A signed copy of Klaravik’s export declaration (included in the pickup receipt)
– A bank statement showing your company’s name, IBAN, and BIC/Swift number
For Exports Outside the EU, submit:
– A customs declaration (showing the VIN for registered vehicles)
– A signed copy of Klaravik’s export declaration
– A bank statement showing your company’s name, IBAN, and BIC/Swift number
If you’re a registered transport company, submit:
– A signed CMR or consignment note issued by your company (for registered vehicles: include transport company, VIN/registration number, export date, and signatures)
– A copy of your transport license
– A signed copy of Klaravik’s export declaration
– A bank statement showing your company’s name, IBAN, and BIC/Swift number
